Why this exists
Useful can still feel like care.
Julie Olinger knows the particular kind of full that comes with coaching. It is practice plans and athlete conversations, rosters and competition details, game-day logistics and the quiet emotional work no one sees.

She also knows the wider work of building community. Alongside leading a varsity cheer program, Julie organizes the annual Licking County Mom Prom charity event and serves as treasurer for Village Creative Dance, a nonprofit studio committed to making movement accessible to children in the community.
